If you have ever wanted to see yourself the way the people who love you do, boudoir is for you. You might be marking a milestone birthday, starting a new chapter, planning a gift for a partner or simply doing something just for yourself. Every body shape, size and age is welcome, and you do not need to change anything before your session. Who will be with me on the day?

Adam Csomor is the founder of London Boudoir and an AIBP award-winning professional boudoir photographer. He has 12 years of massage therapy experience and a keen interest in fitness, which gives him a real understanding of the human body and helps clients feel comfortable.

You may have started out looking for a female boudoir photographer in London, and that is completely understandable. Adam is a male photographer, and his wife and co-founder, Barbi, is present at every shoot. Barbi is our Communication and Relationship Manager, and she is there to help, guide and reassure you throughout your shoot. You are also welcome to bring a friend.

What happens on the day?

Your boudoir photoshoot in London starts before you reach the studio, with pre-session planning and a prep and wardrobe guide. We can meet for a consultation in Wimbledon, or talk by phone or video call, whichever suits you.

On the day, plan to spend 3 to 4 hours with us at 67b Bushey Road, London SW20 8TE. You can relax with a glass of wine while your professional hair, makeup and lashes are done in house. Then Adam guides you through every pose, step by step, so you never have to wonder what to do with your hands, where to look or how to stand.

What if I feel awkward in front of the camera?

Feeling nervous at first is completely normal. Adam shows you each pose and talks you through it, and Barbi is there throughout, so you are never left wondering what to do next. Posing and lighting do most of the work here, so your photos flatter you without heavy editing. Every image is fully retouched at no extra charge, but Adam edits less than many boudoir photographers. You will still look like you, with no 'plastic doll' look.

Will anyone else see my photos?

Your session is 100% private and secure. We only share images online with your written permission, and saying no is completely fine. Straight after your shoot, you view your photos at the studio and choose what to order, so there is no anxious wait to see how they turned out. Prints arrive in about 7 to 14 days, and digital images come through a password-protected link by email.

How much does it cost?

Our Luxury Boudoir Session at the studio has a session fee from £395, and it includes:

• Professional hair, makeup and lashes

• Pre-session planning and a prep and wardrobe guide

• The luxury studio and a photoshoot with expert posing and lighting

• Professional retouching

• Same-day photo viewing and ordering

Because your hair, makeup and lashes are included, all you need to bring is your outfits. The session fee does not include digital photos or an album. These are chosen as collections, which start from £899 and can include luxury fine art albums, metallic wall prints, prints and digital downloads. Questions people ask

Do I need to lose weight before my shoot?

Not at all. London Boudoir photographs every body shape, size and age, exactly as you are today. Adam guides each pose step by step and uses lighting to flatter you, so there is no need to diet, tone up or change anything before your session.

Can I bring a friend?

Yes. You are welcome to bring a friend for support, and if you would both like a session, ask us about our specials for booking with friends. Barbi is also with you throughout, so you are never on your own in front of the camera.

What should I wear?

Your session includes a prep and wardrobe guide to help you plan. You might bring lingerie, an oversized shirt or a robe, and we can talk through your options at a consultation in Wimbledon, or by phone or video call, before the day.

Can I change my date if something comes up?

Yes. Rescheduling costs £25. Session fees are otherwise non-refundable, apart from our 100% money-back guarantee, which refunds your session fee if you are not blown away by your photos. Just let us know as early as you can.
